Demand for the total number of hotel rooms
in China is forecasted to exceed 70 million by 2010 and by
2020, according to a recent study by PricewaterhouseCoopers.
China is becoming the largest inbound tourism market worldwide.
With the fastest growing economy and the additional growth
expected from the 2008 Summer Olympics and the 2010 World
Exposition, demand for business development and hotel management
services in China is expected to increase rapidly.
In light of the development in the hotel
industry, we launch the Hotel Management Division to provide
hotel management services, including hotel design, pre-opening
and hospitality management services. CWT hotel will focus
on high margin hotel management and development support services.
We believe the successful launch of this business unit will
create synergy to our existing club business.
