Introduction:
Founded in February 2006 and be a part of CEO Clubs China,
CEO Clubs China Oversea Returnee Center (hereinafter called
'the Center') will recruit its members from Chinese CEOs who
have lived and worked in foreign countries. The Center will
be a distinct, vigorous and hopeful team full of business
leaders.
The Center will endeavor to promote business exchange and
cooperation among businesses from China and developed countries
by organizing business and social events for its members.
Mission:
Establish and upgrade a platform for its members to develop
fellowship and social contact, share their business success
and life, fully integrate management exchange for the 21st
Century businesses, the allocation of multi-country business
resources and the pluralistic culture all over the world,
help its members share their business management experience,
business resources and leisure activities, offer them with
more business opportunities, create a enlarged space of growth,
rally Chinese oversea returnees to make full use of foreign
strength, guide the members to make their contributions to
Chinese development by taking advantage of advanced concepts,
state-of-the-art technologies and sophisticated management
techniques, attract senior people to work at domestic enterprises
and social organizations, and endeavor to make their contributions
to the society and the Chinese nationality.
Organization:
The Center will be managed by a secretariat, which deals with
routines, correspond with local chapters and provide supports
for their management and development, monitor the use and
spread of the brand of the Center, and promote exchange and
friendly cooperation among the Center and local chapters of
CEO Clubs China.
Member:
The Center will be an organization of Chinese CEOs, who recognize
its missions, are willing to actively push its development,
and studied and worked in a foreign country for more than
one year.
The candidate shall be invited, recommended or apply to join
the Center.
Members shall have to:
- Follow laws of the People's Republic of China and the
laws of the countries (or regions) where the Center will
organize its events.
- Consciously maintain the reputation of the Center, and
abide by all its regulations and procedures of operations.
- Actively carry out its missions, join its events and
activities for interactive information.
- Abide by the principles of contact for mutual respect,
honesty and credit, and provide the Center and other members
of the Center with the services for the commonweal by
taking advantage of your own resources, experience and
knowledge.
- Pay annual membership fee on time.
Members will have the right to:
- Organize special-topic activities within the scope of
the Center.
- Require the Center to organize on behalf of the members
such events as investment, financing, commodity trade, technical
licensing, franchising, personnel recruitment, public relation,
training services, at the expense of the members.
- Provide related information of the members in Chinese
and English at WWW.CEOCLUBSCHINA.COM.
- Get access to all the fee-based services at a membership
price.
- Get access to all the services of entertainment bases
of the Center at a membership price.
- Get access to all the services provided by other members
at a membership price.
- Have any public information of other members.
- Join various events and activities of the Center.
- Join any professional organizations of the Center.
- Organize business activities under the name of the member
of the Center.
- Require the Center to provide support in organizing special
exchange programs among the members.
- Raise opinions and suggestions for the operations and
development of the Center.
Membership Renewal and Termination
- Membership will be renewed, if a member pays membership
fee and annual fee on time and does his duties.
- A member will lose his membership, if violating laws,
announcing bankruptcy, or not paying membership fee or annual
fee on time.
The standing board of directors of the Center will have the
right to modify and construe this statute.
