1. Qualification: An applicant for founding membership has to be at 18 years old or up and in good credit standing socially and commercially.
   
2. Procedures: The applicant is required to show his/her ID card or passport and submit the copies and two recent photos. The membership will be approved following verification of all of his/her application information by the Club and full payment of related expenses.

1. Your privacy will be maintained, and the Club shall not publicize your information without your agreement and confirmation.
   
2. You will naturally be a member of WTCA（World Trade Centers Association） to award you unique VIP treatment offered by worldwide WTCs and strategic alliances.

1. You shall pay your annual fee and any fee occurred as a result of your consumption in full amount and on time according to the rules of the Club. The Club shall have the right to charge an overdue fine at 0.3% daily of any payable fee of delayed payment. The Club shall cancel or suspend your membership at our discretion, if the amount is delinquent for more than three months, though two letters of notice are given.
   
2. Your membership card is for your use personally only and not transferable. You are required to show your membership card on the occasion of taking the benefit of our services, and to make a payment in full amount before your leave.
   
3. For credit charge services, you have to submit your application to the Club and pay a deposit in some amount in advance.
   
4. You have to inform the Club of any change of your address in written in time, and letters sent by the Club shall be delivered in case of its failure to send such letters as a result of an untimely notice of such change.
   
5. Public facilities of the Club shall be available for your guest(s) in your company, and holders of cards of other members shall forgive a failure of the Club to receive such holders.
   
6. Your activities in the Club shall be legitimate, and shall not infringe legal benefits of the country, the society, other persons and the Club.
   
7. You shall ask the Club to cancel your lost card, if any, and require a re-issuance.
   
8. You shall not offend any and all rules of the Club and its provisions of various regulations for administration, and damage or hurt the fame, property, facilities and order of the Club. The Club shall terminate or cancel your membership at its discretion for any infringement of this provision.

• In order to maintain our premium level of services, the Club shall revise, supplement and improve the Rules in the form of detailed rules and regulations from time to time, and inform our members in written for their mutual agreement and abidance.
  
• The Club shall additionally stipulate detailed rules for its operations and instructions for usage of membership cards.
  
• The Club shall reserve the rights of revisions and ultimate interpretation of the Rules and all brochures at its discretion.
  
• Waiver of Liability: You acknowledge that the Club shall not be liable for any legal issues arising out of consumption via your membership card or any relationship developed via the Club with any individuals and/or organizations including other members, other clubs, strategic alliance partners of the Club and/or links to other websites, and any damage or compensation arising thereof shall be dealt with on your own.
  
• All claims against management and services of the Club shall be submitted to the general manager. You and your guests shall note not to order employees of freehold owners or management about at will.

   It fits for senior meetings, interviewing, press conferences, birthday parties, and awarding ceremonies, since it houses a respectful, elegant and romantic environment and offers premium red wine and worldwide cigars. You will be served at 10% discount for rented space and at 10% discount for food and beverage (with the lowest consumption requirement) in a valid term of your membership.

3. The following preferential services are available for you in the Club:
   ■ Use smart office, virtual office, conference rooms, secretarial service, translation, word processing, business assistance, information release, product demonstration, business reception and meeting service, etc.
   ■ Free use of small meeting rooms and smart office for four hours per month (Advance booking by 48 hours is required).
   ■ A 10% discount is available for food and beverage consumption in the Club.
4. Multiple merchants will offer immediate and tremendous discounts and/or preferential price (including preferential price for consumption at golf clubs, preferential membership of fitness centers, hotel booking discount, preferential price for consumption in bars, discount or coupons for food and beverage consumption in Chinese restaurants, shopping discount for clothes and IT products). 6. 7. Publicize your products via dedicated lines and publication of the Club in a valid term of your membership.
8. Have the right to use the website of World Trade Center Club Guangzhou (http://gz.chinawtc.com/, http://gzcn.chinawtc.com/) to distribute product supply and demand information globally and to make use of other kinds of resources of the website in a valid term of your membership.
9. Join events created by the Club for its members, exchange activities among local WTCA members, social activities and matches organized by the clubs affiliated to China World Trade Corporation, including CEO Clubs China, Overseas Returnee Center and CEO Golf Club in a valid term of your membership.
10. Join domestic and overseas tourism groups regularly organized by the Club in a valid term of your membership,.
11. Take priority to attend consulting, business exchange, senior forums, elite salons, dialogues among persons of fame, academic lectures, cultural exchange and parties organized by the Club at a member price, and be informed of the events through service calls, the websites and client managers in time.
