World Trade Center Club Guangzhou is a formal member of the World Trade Center Association (WTCA). It was the first WTCA club formed in China on Jan 28th, 2002. This international club has 3 main functions, Business, Social events and Leisure. Services available:

Strategic World wide reciprocal Club services

The Club offers its members a wide range of facilities and services. And because WTC services are reciprocal, members can access them and enjoy VIP treatment of over 300 Clubs worldwide. Additionally other Clubs such as the CEO clubs and CEO Golf Clubs also offer reciprocal services and benefits to Club members.

■ Conference Room
Fit for mid-sized and large Web conferencing, tel.-conferencing, video-conferencing, business conferences and lectures, field and remote education, press conferences and product demonstration. Member will be served at a 40% discount.

■ Smart Office
Offering: Smart office space housing 1 to 12 persons for temporary or long-term uses. Equipment includes office furniture, broadband Internet connection, inside and outside telephone connections. Hourly, daily, monthly or regular renting is available. Member will be served at a 20% discount.

■ Uon Café   Business Hours: 09:30-18:30
Fit for new conferences, product releases, product demonstration, awarding ceremonies, and cocktail parties. You will be served at a 15% discount for food and beverage consumption in a valid term of your membership.

■ INDULGE    Business Hours: 11:30-22:30
INDULGE European Cuisine takes Italian and French home cooking as its theme. Equipped with Karaoke, a professional wine cellar, whiskey Bar, jazz lounge and VIP rooms. You will be served at 15% discount for food and beverage.

Join domestic and overseas tourism groups regularly organized by the Club in a valid term of your membership.

Membership Categories of World Trade Center Club Guangzhou

INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP

Qualification: An applicant for founding membership has to be at 18 years old or up and in good credit standing socially and commercially.

Procedures: The applicant is required to show his/her ID card or passport and submit the copies and two recent photos. The membership will be approved following verification of all of his/her application information by the Club and full payment of related expenses.

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP

Corporate membership is owned and issued in name of a company, partnership or an unincorporated association. A corporate member is entitled to nominate its directors, executives, partners or other employees to use the club house facilities. Additional nominees may be nominated by a corporate member subject to payment of applicable fees.

To accommodate company relocation or retirement, corporations may change, from time to time, the individual designated to use the membership, subject to the approval of the Admissions Committee and upon payment of a renomination fee as established by the Club.

Members’ Rights

Your privacy will be maintained, and the Club shall not publicize your information without your agreement and confirmation.

You will naturally be a member of WTCA（World Trade Centers Association） to award you unique VIP treatment offered by worldwide WTCs and strategic alliances.

Members’ Duties

You shall pay your annual fee and any fee occurred as a result of your consumption in full amount and on time according to the rules of the Club. The Club shall have the right to charge an overdue fine at 0.3% daily of any payable fee of delayed payment. The Club shall cancel or suspend your membership at our discretion, if the amount is delinquent for more than three months, though two letters of notice are given.

Your membership card is for your use personally only and not transferable. You are required to show your membership card on the occasion of taking the benefit of our services, and to make a payment in full amount before your leave.

For credit charge services, you have to submit your application to the Club and pay a deposit in some amount in advance.

You have to inform the Club of any change of your address in written in time, and letters sent by the Club shall be delivered in case of its failure to send such letters as a result of an untimely notice of such change.

Public facilities of the Club shall be available for your guest(s) in your company, and holders of cards of other members shall forgive a failure of the Club to receive such holders.

Your activities in the Club shall be legitimate, and shall not infringe legal benefits of the country, the society, other persons and the Club.

You shall ask the Club to cancel your lost card, if any, and require a re-issuance.

You shall not offend any and all rules of the Club and its provisions of various regulations for administration, and damage or hurt the fame, property, facilities and order of the Club. The Club shall terminate or cancel your membership at its discretion for any infringement of this provision.

Supplementary Articles

In order to maintain our premium level of services, the Club shall revise, supplement and improve the Rules in the form of detailed rules and regulations from time to time, and inform our members in written for their mutual agreement and abidance.

The Club shall additionally stipulate detailed rules for its operations and instructions for usage of membership cards.

The Club shall reserve the rights of revisions and ultimate interpretation of the Rules and all brochures at its discretion.

Waiver of Liability: You acknowledge that the Club shall not be liable for any legal issues arising out of consumption via your membership card or any relationship developed via the Club with any individuals and/or organizations including other members, other clubs, strategic alliance partners of the Club and/or links to other websites, and any damage or compensation arising thereof shall be dealt with on your own.
